Frustration

Seething flames of passion raging within me

Refusing to be unquenched

Raging storms of futile energy bounding in my sinews

Longing to be spent

Restless heart fluttering its strains against my ribs

Imploring to be unshackled

Alas! Is there a greater woe

than when intent is denied action

Is there a stronger force

than that of the frustration from a wish undone
